Please Help Lawrence & Theresa Rebuild Their Home

As many of you may know, Lawrence and Theresa Cartwright's lives were turned upside down today after losing their home to a massive fire. Thankfully, they are safe, which is the most important part of this experience. Material things can be replaced.

The Honorable Lawrence Cartwright just retired from his position as Consulate General for the Bahamas in New York and returned home to the Bahamas with his wife, Theresa.

They had only been home for six months when they lost everything, including clothing, furniture, and personal documents. Which includes irreplaceable items such as family photographs and memorabilia.

Some people will never understand the magnitude of losing everything. If two people in this world need to be uplifted in their time of need, it is Lawrence and Theresa.

They have helped many people in their lifetime as educators and government officials. Now, they need your help to rebuild their lives.

Due to inflation, materials and shipping costs are more expensive now. Thankfully, many building supplies are duty-free to import into the Bahamas.
