Lawsuit expense fund for Civil Rights Case

I am trying to raise funds for legal expenses that I can see will be very expensive as I try to pursue a civil rights case against officer Harrell and the Texas City police department concerning what I consider to be blatant violations of my Constitutional rights.

I do not intend to let what happened stand, and the main way to stop the police from doing what was done to me is to go after them in civil court. We have no other way to hold them accountable that I know of.
