Lawyer fees to fight EEOC lawsuits

Hi! My name is Susan McKenna. I am a Deaf Teacher of the Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing. I have been a certified teacher for over 10 years. I taught in Texas for only a year after moving from Arizona. I was discriminated against, retaliated against, harassed, and forced to be fired or resign for being Deaf after requesting reasonable accommodations. I was accused of not being transparent about being deaf; I am profoundly deaf. I am asking for help with attorney fees which can be costly. I need upfront attorney fees which are $5000, and can go up to $15,000. Any money leftover will be donated to some foundation for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing legal fees to support the Deaf Community.
