Dear Friends and Family,

My name is Derek Fortner, I am Amber’s son Logan’s father. It is with a heavy heart that we announce the unexpected passing of our dear Amber. She touched everyone’s life that she met with her kind and thoughtful heart. She was always quick to lend a helping hand and support to anyone who needed it. She is leaving behind 3 sons who now carry the burden of laying her to rest. We want nothing more but to give her the type of service she deserves so we are asking for any help that can be provided.
