Layezy - Stewarts Law Bank Investigation

As discussed on social media platforms, we need to raise £20k plus VAT (£24k) for Stewarts Law to carry out a top level investigation in to the banks that were used in the fraudulent Layezy betting and racing syndicate.

The committee unanimously believes the banks have a case to answer. Stewarts have expressed an interest in looking at the case, but would obviously need to dedicate a team of specialists.

For the record, this is not related to the Kroll ongoing case and no monies currently sat with Kroll will be used for any legal action. This is a completely separate entity.

Further, if Stewarts decide there is a strong case against the banks after this initial investigation, they will look to third party funders who will pay any further legal fees with the view of receiving a percentage of the potential claim (no win, no fee type arrangement for Layezy investors).
