Laying Frances to Rest Memorial Fund

Frances Otero, age 52, earned her angel wings on Monday October 17, 2022. Although Frances was recently struggling with heart issues, she died an untimely death. Frances, a mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and cousin leaves behind one son, Eddie, age twenty six. We are confident that Frances was greeted by her mother, uncle, and aunts with open arms in Heaven. Please help us raise money to pay for her final farewell during this very painful time. No amount will lessen the heartbreak, however any contribution would be greatly appreciated. All donations will go to her family, who are in charge of making her funeral arrangements.
