Laying My Father Ramon S. Perez to Rest❤️❤️

My father Ramon Perez was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer back in September 2021. Shortly after finding out, his response to his doctor was “what do we have to do and when do we start?” He started his chemo treatments which started on December 13, 2021. My pops was determined on not going out without a fight. Each chemo session he had would make him weaker and sick to his stomach, yet he continued on with his cancer fight. After about 6 rounds of chemo he was told that the cancer in the pancreas had shrunk, however it had now spread to his lungs. My father began chemo again targeting the lungs. This time around, every time he had chemo he seemed to develop pneumonia. The cancer seemed to start spreading quicker this time around. Eventually it spread throughout his whole body. The chemo stopped and hospice began. Only dad knows the pain he felt, but every time he was asked by relatives and friends how he was doing, his answer was “I’m okay”! When he really wasn’t. He was not the complaining type. My father was loved by so many people. He was a people person. Always there to loan a helping hand to those in need. Especially family. My father lost his battle to cancer on Sunday September 04, 2022. He took his last breath at 7:45am while surrounded by his 6 children and some of his grand kids. In behalf of my siblings, and myself, and our beautiful mother we would like to ask for your help to lay our father (our SuperMan) to rest. Any amount donation would help. Our mother lost the love of her life after almost 54 years, my siblings and I lost an amazing father, our children lost their “ito” aka Abuelito.
