TEAM LAYLA: Stronger Than Cancer
Donation protected
If you know Layla, you'd probably describe her as strong, stubborn, and fiercely loyal. She has an inherent nature to care for those she loves and she does it without question. You ask, she's there in a heartbeat.
If you know Layla, you also know she very rarely asks for help. Which is why we're doing it for her.
Earlier this year, Lay was involved in a major roll-over car accident in Montana. Some snowfall and ice on a highway caused her truck to veer off the road. Thank goodness she is a BADASS and made it out with only a broken collar bone! Right?! That's our girl - - tough to her CORE.
While recovering from this accident however, the doctors discover she is fighting cervical cancer. Stage III-C to be exact. She's currently undergoing radiation and chemotherapy, but complications from the cancer have also affected her kidneys, legs, and hands. Even after multiple hospital stays and doctor visits, she continues to struggle through these complications today.
Layla has endured more in these past five months than anyone deserves. Physically, mentally, and emotionally. She continues to stay strong, positive, and stubborn (trademark Lay!), but medical bills will be substantial. We, her friends and family, are asking for whatever help you can give. No matter how small you might think it is, it's EVERYTHING to help our girl. She's a fighter, but she needs her team behind her.
A million thanks,
TEAM LAYLA
