Lea-Anne Evans’ (Née Knight) Funeral Costs.

Donation protected
As many of you know, Lea-Anne passed away on Friday 21st June peacefully at home after a yearlong battle with aggressive cervical cancer.

In June 2023, Lea-Anne’s life was turned upside down when she was diagnosed with stage 4b terminal cervical cancer. Unfortunately the cancer had already spread to her muscles, bones, lymph nodes and coccyx. Against the odds, Lea-Anne responded well to the chemotherapy and by Christmas her masses had shrunk considerably. However, the aggressive cancer continued to spread to her lungs and liver. After 6 cycles of chemotherapy, 25 radiotherapy sessions and 3 intense blasts of Brachytherapy, regardless of Lea-Anne’s determination to fight for her life and boys, the treatment proved too brutal for her body. On 6th June, Lea-Anne and Liam were dealt the shattering news that nothing more could be done and Lea-Anne devastatingly passed away 15 days later peacefully at home surrounded by her loved ones.

Lea-Anne was a devoted wife to Liam and a fantastic mum to Alfie, Jimmy and Vinnie-Glenn. Lea-Anne touched the lives of everyone around her and was a much respected member of the Nuneaton community. Her bubbly outgoing personality would light up any room and everyone would gravitate towards her. Everywhere she went, she knew someone. Whether they were friends from her youth, drinking and dancing pals or clients from her established hair dressing career, she was well liked and would chat to everyone.

Everyone that knew Lea-Anne will not doubt be devastated by her loss. Liam and the boys would love to give Lea-Anne the memorial service she deserves, to honour her memory and allow us all to say our last goodbyes.

Therefore any donations would be greatly appreciated to help Liam and the boys cover the cost of the funeral.
