Leach Children Tuition Fund

Geoffrey Paul Leach Jr. passed away peacefully at his home on the morning of December 10, 2017 in Locust Grove, Va with his caring wife and close friends by his side. Geoffrey was born on April 28, 1974 in Warwick, Rhode Island. He graduated from Hayfield Secondary School in 1992. He later moved to Fredericksburg, where he joined the band “Elephant Boy. During his time in the band, he found his love for music and making the City of Fredericksburg proud. He left a lasting impression on everybody he met. Geoffrey was charismatic, entertaining and had a huge heart. Family was the most important thing to him, motivating his children to do the best they possibly could at anything they pursued. He was passionate about music, making people laugh, his writings, family, and friends. In his free time, Geoff loved to read, fish, go to the beach, and spend time with his kids. Geoffrey is survived by his loving wife, Jessica Leach; mother Ann Reichert; father Geoff Leach Sr.; sisters Elizabeth and Echo Stockton; children Emma and Evan Leach; step-children Madison and Aidan Buhmann; and his close friends Karl Steinbach, Chad Bryant, Jason Seaton, Ron and Joe Cronin, and all of Elephant Boy, along with his many other friends and his beloved family in Rhode Island. The family asks that you remember Geoff for all the happiness he brought to the world along with the years of great music he and Elephant Boy made in Fredericksburg. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to a college fund for his children.
