Leach Family Support Fund

It is with great sadness that I inform you of a tragedy experienced by Aliza Leach (A fourth grade student at KIPP Explore) and her family.  Aliza’s mom was shot by her dad last night.  Unfortunately, Aliza’s mom did not survive the shooting.   The local Houston media is currently covering this story very closely.  Members of the Explore staff went to see Aliza and she is safe, in good spirits, and with family.  There are many unknowns for Aliza and her brother in the days ahead and she is in need of support from her Team and Family.  Please keep Aliza, her brother Aaron, and her immediate family in your thoughts and prayers.  

We are currently collecting funds to help support the family with funeral costs and any immediate costs that they may incur.
