Leadville100 & Magan Hall Cancer Fundraiser
Donation protected
Hi everyone!
This is a dual fundraiser for the Lifetime Foundation and the Hall family. I have signed up for the Leadville100 Trail Race this year as a fundraising partner for the Lifetime Foundation. I chose the Lifetime Foundation as my partner, because their goals and values stuck out to me and aligned with my own. My goal is to raise $1,800 dollars to help the support the Lifetime Foundation in their efforts to provide quality and nutritious meals to students across the country, partner with local programs to promote physical wellness, and support conservation initiatives. If you know me, these are all values and goals that hit home, and I couldn't be more excited to support them.
The second part of my fundraising goal is for the Hall family, in Memphis TN. I met Alex Hall about 7 years ago, and shortly after became close friends with his wife, Magan, and his son, Loxely. The Hall family is the definition of good wholesome people. Even on their worst days, they would go out of their way to support anyone who needed help. Alex's wife, Magan, has been in an ongoing battle with cancer since the day I have met them. Due to Magan's battle with cancer, she has been unemployed since December 2022. At Magan's check in with the West Cancer Center this year, a scan revealed that she had a cluster of tumors on her brain (for the second time). Last year I was able to raise a little over $5000, and this year I would love to get the fundraiser to $10,000!
Thank you all so much for the consideration and support, every little bit helps!
