Leah Wilby Foundation

I will be running the London Marathon in April 2024 to raise money for The Leah Wilby Foundation.

Leah was a very special young lady that was tragically taken due to childhood cancer.
At the age of 8, Leah was diagnosed with cancer. She bravely battled for 7 years but heartbreakingly passed away at the age of 15.

Leah loved to help other people and her family wanted to keep her memory alive, and to help other families who are going through the same tragedy.

The Leah Wilby Foundation provides holiday accommodation at their self contained 6 berth static caravan at Haven Seashore in Great Yarmouth. The caravan is available free of charge for any child and their family who are being treated by a paediatric oncologist in Great Britain.

Families can stay in the accommodation whilst their young children are receiving cancer treatment in the local hospitals. As you can imagine, this is an incredibly kind gesture for any parent going through such a heartbreaking time, and also a much needed respite for the child themselves.

Every little helps, so please, please kindly give what you can to help other future families.
