Leah's Double Hit Lymphoma Fund
Donation protected
October 2nd I went to the emergency room with an enlarged spleen. I was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins type lymphoma and began R-CHOP chemo treatment. After my release from the hospital, I had a pet scan and found out that I have a rare mutation called "Double Hit" lymphoma. Since then, I have had my second cycle of chemo, but because this is aggressive, I have to have a more intensive type chemo which is called EPOCH-R and I have to have it for 5 days. The "R" part of that is Rituxan, which I do not tolerate too well, so I have to go into the hospital for chemotherapy from now on. The bills are now starting to roll in and I cannot work. Anything you can contribute is helpful. We also have meal train and a volunteer site for helping with household chores.
