Leanna’s Cancer Fundraiser

Hi, my name is Julianna and I am fundraising for my mom, Leanna.

Last November my mom was diagnosed with Melanoma and I am very thankful that she fought through it and survived! ❤️

This month, we found a spot on her face and she was diagnosed with Basal-cell carcinoma. Our first step was for her to travel back to me in NC where she has amazing doctors.

The next step was figuring out surgery or radiation. While waiting, her insurance company cancelled her policy. Therefore, surgery was the only option because of finances.

My mother’s surgery was yesterday. Thankfully, all went well and she is healing! Unfortunately, she still has a deductible, copay, coinsurance, future follow-up appointments, and treatments to pay for.
