If you’ve been watching TNT Academy, you have seen a miracle in the making! TNT Academy has massive goals, and we won’t stop until we achieve all that God has in store for us! This school has been blessed beyond measures, and we will continue to grow and put in the work to make our school one of a kind. We are in the works of raising money for our school to be able to build a basketball and volleyball court and a new Chapel since we are continuously growing. Every dollar counts to help us reach our goals and will be so much appreciated by all the students, staff and families.

Curious to learn more about the school?
TNT Academy is a private Christian school Pre-K through 12th grade with dual credit college classes and a School of Ministry. The school offers a core curriculum including Math, English, Word Building, Science and Social Studies with many added benefits such as Sports of all kinds, Spanish, Sign Language, Music, Piano lessons, Choir, Entrepreneurship and so much more. They start their day off with Chapel where they are covered in prayer and taught to pray, taught the Word, and taught to memorize the Word to be a lamp to their feet and light to their path. This school is so special because the older kids work so well with the younger kids and so many lessons between all ages are made with that type of interaction. Not to mention the work at your own pace programs.

Pamela Barnett, founder of TNT Academy, started this school with the Word of the Lord, grit, a dream and a passion for teaching children how to be the best version of themselves.

Learn how it all started:

“So sometimes the miracle doesn’t come until you say, “Lord if it’s you, tell me to come to you.” Back at the beginning of the pandemic I had just such an encounter. My gym and school monthly overhead was very high, but during the pandemic income was almost non existent. I prayed and asked God what He wanted me to do. Now most of the time God gives me an idea that will turn a profit. Well this time the answer was more like asking me to get out of the boat in the middle of a storm. Here I was in the middle of a storm. It looked like I could lose everything I had worked so hard for, and God tells me to be a Daniel. He says keep teaching, but for free. In other words get out of the boat and walk on the water. I taught 8 children through the lockdown. That was half of what I had before the lockdown. I poured all I had into those 8 children and I asked God for “Double for my trouble”. One miracle after another the Lord took us into a new school year with guess how many students…. We had 32, exactly double from 16 I had before Covid. We prayed through that lockdown for land and buildings on 290. Now here we are on 4 acres on 290 with a great facility and 70 students with the help of someone who believed in my mission. Now there is no explanation how working for free is a good idea during a financial crisis, but when you get out of the boat Jesus lifts you out of the water and walks you right out of the storm. It’s so miraculous to watch God take you from a leased gym to a custom building on 4 acres, with a gym, 14 classrooms, office spaces, commercial playground, two school buses and room to grow, and all in the middle of financial crisis. He is still multiplying the five loaves and two fish to feed a multitude. He is still a miracle worker.”

Coach Pam, as the children call her, is honestly one of the most amazing hard working people I know, who continues to pour into our children daily with everything she has and is always looking for ways for our school to be one of the best. This school started from very little and continues to grow day by day, and what an amazing miracle it has been to watch. The neatest thing about all of that is the students are watching as she shares her journey to building something from the ground up. They are seeing what hard work and faith looks like…

We would LOVE any support you find in your heart to help our school grow. Watching the last few years unfold we know now more than ever small schools that make it a mission to teach children the Christian way of life and how to have confidence and strong morals is one of the most important things we can do. Please consider donating to help us on our journey of one small school in a little town of Texas making world changers!
