Learning to Race the Winds of Paradise

Come join us in making a difference! We are raising money for the Youth Sailing program at Waikiki Yacht Club so that the kids in our programs do not need to worry about having a boat to take our classes. Beyond providing the necessary hardware including sailboats, sails, safety boats for the instructors, we award scholarships throughtout the year to give youngsters who would not otherwise have the opportunity to take sailing classes without the financial assistance. Your generous gift will help nurture the next generation of sailors and give them the skills not only to sail a boat, but also equip them with essential life skills - self-esteem, perseverance, responsibility, teamwork, leadership, and the corinthian spirit of fair play and sportsmanship - that will prepare them well for success in life. Learning to sail in the deep waters off Diamond Head is no easy feat but it will give these youngsters an experience of a lifetime; racing on the Winds of Paradise.
