Leaving a Legacy - Angela Rose

On Monday morning, a ship docked off Santa Cruz Island became engulfed in flames. This dive boat carried many passengers, who, unfortunately, did not survive the fire.

Angela Rose Quitasol was among those who lost their lives on that boat. Angela was surrounded by two of her sisters - Evanmichael and Nicole Quitasol - as well as her father and step mother on that ship. All of them lost their lives. The hope for this is to raise funds for Susana Solano Rosas, Angela’s mother, and Christina Quitasol, her sister.  They both were influential in creating the beautiful soul that was Angela Rose and they need our help as they deal with this unbelievable tragedy. 

For those of you that don’t know Angela, she was a shining light in the life of many and those who knew her best describe her as always having a shining smile on her face. She was most proud of her work as an educator; as a teacher of 7th grade science she saw it as her duty to teach students about the world around them, with a particular love of sharing her underwater adventures.
