Help My Family Escape Genocide
Donation protected
My name is Saeda Farsakh, and I’m trying to help my family escape a genocide in Gaza.
The devastation Gazans are facing is beyond comprehension. I have 5 siblings remaining in Gaza, they and their families are displaced in different areas. They are currently seeking shelter and simply trying to stay alive.
My youngest brothers Ahmed and Jafar Louzon and their families left their homes in Gaza City when warnings that they needed to evacuate to the south of Gaza were issued. They did this to protect their family and stayed in Khan Younis which was considered a safe zone. When they left, they took a few items believing there would be bombings for a short period of time and they would return home. While they were in Khan Younis, their neighborhood was brutally bombed, destroying all of my siblings homes. Their neighbors and dear friends were killed by airstrikes; reports of executions on civilians were also carried out in their neighborhood, Al Rimal. Sadly, all of Gaza has become unsafe and under heavy bombardment.
My siblings and their families have lost all basic necessities, their homes, cars, businesses, and valuable possessions. They have experienced hunger and thirst and witnessed the devastation along side their children.
During these past 5 months while they have been in the south of Gaza, they were displaced multiple times as the places they sought for safety and shelter were destroyed by airstrikes. They have now reached Rafah at this time and wish to seek safety, medical care and leave Gaza especially as the impending Israeli invasion of Rafah looms. They want nothing more than to reach safety for their children and be able to live.

With this message, I’m seeking help for my two younger brothers, Ahmed and Jafar, and their wives Rasha and Jamila and total of 8 children to reach safety. The cost of crossing the border at Rafah to Egypt is $8,000 per adult and $3,500 per child. This does not include the cost of transportation, food, water and shelter during their journey. Any funds will go towards exit fee, travel expenses, temporary housing accommodation, medical care and other family necessities for two households.

Every child deserves safety and protection, food and water, shelter and education. I would be beyond grateful to anyone that can help Hana, Sama, Noor, Mohamed, Bader, Khalil, Farah, and Saad be able to have those basic things.
It is extremely difficult to ask for help and share this but there is no other option than to try to get them to safety and to stay alive. Any donation will go to towards their safety is greatly appreciated, nothing is too small and please share with others that could kindly help support. Thank you.
Donations are zakat eligible & campaign was approved by a scholar
