Dearest Coucou Friends

If ever we were an excellent restaurant it is because we try to rise to the level of our guests.

This is an emergency fund dedicated to providing some safety and security for our staff during these uncertain times.

The entire 100 person staff of the Coucou was laid off as a result of the mandatory closing related to the coronavirus pandemic.

100% of your donations will be made available to our entire restaurant team and all most recent employees from the kitchen and the dining room  will be eligible to share an equal part.

This is not an easy time to ask for or to make a donation.  We think this will help us reopen more quickly and in better shape to welcome you as soon as it is permitted.

The fund is being organized for the entire restaurant by the Coucou chef team.
