Lee Bonsall Memorial Fund

I am doing a plank challenge through November in aid of the Lee Bonsall Memorial Fund, the planks will become progressively more difficult as the month goes on.

The Lee Bonsall Memorial Fund was set up by Lee's parents Karen & Ken in order to raise money for local charities, which support people suffering with PTSD and thier families & raise awareness for suicide prevention.

Lee tragically took his own life aged just 24, after serving in Afghanistan with 13 Air Assault Regiment. While there a close friend, lost his life during conflict. This left Lee with hidden scars & devastatingly he didn't get the help he needed in time.
