Lee Kent - Memorial Fund
Donation protected
On 13th December 2019 our friend, Lee Kent, died of a brain haemorrhage.
Lee’s passing was sudden. There were no warning signs. It’s a tragic situation that has left his family, girlfriend, friends and loved ones bereft.
Lee was an amazing human being. Funny, talented, warm and kind. Lee could always be relied upon to support his friends and family. The thing people will remember most about Lee is his sense of humour and his outlook on life. He lifted so many people around him.
Although he has been taken too soon, Lee had packed a lot into his life. He was establishing himself as an excellent graphic designer, artist and photographer, and we, his friends, hope to put on an exhibition of some of Lee’s artwork in the next few months. Lee was also a great athlete who excelled in a number of sports. It seemed that anything Lee turned his hand to, he could do, and wherever he went, school, work, the sports field, the studio, the office, or anywhere, he left a lasting impact on people and became a lifelong friend to many.
Lee loved music, travel and spending time with those he loved. Lee was always generous, and had time for everyone. He had strong views about injustice and wanted to give a voice to those without one.
We’re all lucky to have met and known Lee. There may be people reading this feeling guilty about having not seen Lee as much as they feel they should have recently, but Lee wouldn’t want people to feel down. He’d want people to laugh, smile and remember the good times. Although only 25 years old, Lee will leave a lasting impact on so many, more than most do in their lifetimes. If everyone lived their lives a bit more like Lee, the world would be a better place.
The money raised from Lee’s Memorial Fund will be used to support Lee’s family during this difficult time. After Lee’s funeral, the fund will continue. This will help all of those who love Lee to keep his memory alive by supporting people and causes which were important to him.
Please do anything you can to support this fund – whether that’s donating what you can, or sharing this page on social media. And if anyone would like to raise money in Lee’s name then please get people to donate to this link and the money can be continuously supervised by Lee’s family and loved ones.
