Lee Kesoli additional medical expenses

As many of you know Lee Kesoli was involved in an accident a few weeks ago and is now in physical therapy.  His wife has been driving down to the valley once a week to visit him, staying at hotel so she can spend the better part of a couple days with him.  Lee was set to retire on May 20th, let's do what we can to alleviate some of the costs of traveling to the rehab center and any other unforeseen costs that can pop up in these situations.
