Lee Sai Xiong was born on December 21, 1982 in Ban Vinai Refugee Camp, Thailand to Seng Fong and Youa. After graduating high school, Lee Sai began his job at Great Lakes Cheese, and continues to work there to this day for a total of 19 years. On January 4th, 2017, Lee Sai married Kia Lor. They raised four sons, Andy, Kennedy, Calvin, and Mason.

Lee Sai, some knew him as Vaj Huam, was a loving and hardworking person. His confidence goes beyond the skies, his strength of independence was as strong as steel, and his support for family was never missed. He found many joys in his life, from hunting to beating his brothers and friends in soccer. He was gifted in playing songs by ear on the piano and guitar. But where Lee Sai put all his energy, love, and passion was to his wife and kids. He was a family man.

Behind these strong walls of Lee Sai, few knew that he was a kidney transplant recipient who lived a life full of monthly visits to his nephrologist in Madison, WI. Lee Sai and his family were thankful that he will have extra years to live his life. Unfortunately, those extra years were cut short due to COVID-19. The days prior to November 21st, 2020, Lee Sai developed COVID-19 symptoms, such as shortness of breath, coughs, and fatigue, and was able to rest at home. Sadly, his symptoms worsen to him having troubles breathing, so he was taken to the hospital by ambulance. He stayed in the ICU for over three weeks, then on Monday, December 14th, 2020, his family received the news from his healthcare providers that his body has stopped responding to treatments. His family was advised by the healthcare providers that it was best to let him go. That evening, around 8 p.m., at the age of 37, Lee Sai took his last breath with his two sisters by his side.

A funeral service will be held at Hmong Culture Services located at 1224 Weeden Creek Road, Sheboygan, Wisconsin beginning on Sunday, December 27th, 2020 from 8 a.m. to Monday, December 28th, 2020.

Please remember to wear your mask at all times.

The funds will be going towards funeral expenses and his family.
