Befriending Your Pain

Donation protected

Hi.  I’m Dr. Lee Lipp.  I teach an online course called BEFRIENDING YOUR PAIN: Contemplative practices + techniques from psychotherapy + neuroscience to re-sculpt the brain for greater ease in coping with life’s emotional and physical challenges, and cultivating the life you want.

My mission:
For 30 years, I’ve taught this deeply beneficial, life-changing work through schools and organizations that have offered access to those who can afford to pay. Now I’m setting up my own online course offering access to ANYONE who is interested, regardless of financial circumstances.

Time is of essence:  I’m 78.  I know the Befriending Your Pain practices work!  And I know the benefits intimately through my own current experience living with cancer.  I want to teach these incredibly beneficial practices to as many people as possible, for whatever their budget can allow.  This is my service calling. The time is NOW.

My fundraising goal is $10k.
This is the cost of building the online capability and creating a scholarship fund for those who cannot afford the course fee which will be $50.

How you can help me:
*Donate $10 or more.  (Thank you!)
*Donations of $25 or more will provide free access to the course when it goes live online (transferable to a friend or family member).
*Share the following on social media for me.
* Tell 10 friends you’re supporting my request as you send them the link below:
