Hey y'all,

Kate here. We are currently raising funds to support my work covering the Christofash beat here in California and to cover an out of state trip for a Christian Nationalist's rally in DC in October.

The funds will also support keeping me housed. For those who are new to my work, in 2018 I was diagnosed with Stage3 HER2 Triple possible breast cancer, since then I've had 7 surgeries, many an infection and have been unable to return to my previous line of work and welp, the cancer may have not killed me but the American "health system" and capitalism is trying it's best.

The funds raised will be used for the following

+ On the ground safety gear, my post cancer body needs all the protection it can get

+ Flights and travel to DC in October to cover a large christian nationalist rally the week before the election.

+ Help with rent, between health insurance, ongoing medical needs and basic living needs, I'm currently two months behind on rent and keeping a roof over my head will allow me to continue my focus on the rise of christian nationalism in California and across the nation.
