Lefty's Air Conditioner Fund

This winter/spring has been hard on the ol' Lefty's building. With polar vortexes and flash flooding, whipping winds and freezing pipes, the elements have taken their toll. And we know what's next, Heat. Lots and lots of hot Iowa days. The rooftop HVAC unit has breathed its last shuddering breath. Sweet dreams old friend. And now, with repairs to the roof, pipes, water damage, awning, patio furniture (thanks squirrel I hope you enjoy your nest of my furniture upholstery), replacing the HVAC is just not in the budget. So once again, we turn to you friends! Help us ensure that our artists don't boil to death on stage, help us keep our customers from dying of heat stroke. Help us to continue to offer the best live music experience in Des Moines.
Join us for a fundraising show on July 10, anchored by the amazing talents of The Butter Cow Blues Band, and featuring a stacked lineup of other special guests to be announced soon. Follow this campaign or keep an eye on Lefty's social medias for updates. We will also be running a raffle or silent auction during the event, and are seeking donations of products or services by local businesses for that as well!
