Legal costs to force a re-evaluation of the West Dulwich LTN

This GoFundMe is to cover legal costs for a legal challenge by West Dulwich Action Group against Lambeth Council's West Dulwich LTN, which will cause more pollution than it could ever hope to save and further pollute roads that are already over both UK and WHO legal air quality limits. Roads where over 6,000 children attend school and nursery.

In the past there have been previous legal challenges to LTNs, with mixed success. Importantly, this is a different line of legal attack against a clearer set of procedural errors on the council’s part, set against a different set of contexts (contexts that didn't exist for the periods when other legal challenges were made). We have been advised by multiple lawyers that we have a slightly greater than even (50%+) chance of success based on the firm evidence supporting our case.

We are a David up against a Goliath, and this would set a landmark precedent for all LTNs in the UK if won. Please donate if you possibly can.
