Legal defense to cover wrongful arrest
Donation protected
The State of Louisiana chose to prosecute drone flights as CRIMINAL TRESPASSING leading to my arrest, jail time' 2 yr probation, fines, and disallowing ownership of a drone. Flight logs clearly show that my flights, each originating from my yard, were at 300-400 feet for any brief overflight of any neighboring property. All operations followed FAA regulations. This did not matter to the court and the Attorney General for the State of Louisiana has made it clear with this case that any drone flight even well over the tree tops are grounds for conviction as criminal trespassing. This funding request is to help appeal this case and aid in covering the costs associate with defense. Your help is needed to ensure the continued legal operation of drones in the skies of Louisiana.
