My name is Amanda Hernandez, I didn’t abduct my son Noah. I’ve had Noah with me since birth with full custody. For years I’ve been abused physically and mentally by Noah’s father. I’ve been punched, beaten, choked till I passed out, and the abuse even got as far as telling me what and when I could eat. I was afraid to leave because I feared for my life, I was shown his guns on many occasions to remind me what would happen if I left or reported him. You hear there is help if you leave these men and I did but my help was a judge giving Noah to his father full custody because I feared for his life and didn’t fallow through with visitations.
My son can’t speak he can’t say if he’s being hurt. All I want to do is keep him safe. I don’t do drugs, I’m a good mother I just wanted a safe life for me and my son Noah. He’s didn’t just do this to me, there is another women who has proof and  police reports. She has moved to hide from him recently. He’s playing the courts he’s not a good guy he’s going to hurt us WE need HELP. He beat me when I was pregnant making me deliver my son early. He abused me in front of Noah which I took the beatings for us and now who is going to protect my son. He’s a bad man. PLEASE! I AM ASKING FOR HELP!
