Legal fees to get our baby back from bio mom

Hi my name is Brittany. My family has recently had our 4 and half month old baby taken from us from the bio mom for no reason. I was suppose to step parent adopt our daughter. I was there for the birth and cut the cord and did the first skin to skin. I stayed with her at the hospital the whole time till our daughter was released to come home with us. Bio mom was suppose to sign over her rights and have me step parent adopt. We have had her since birth and then after 4 and half months of her being with us the bio mom decided she wanted her now. Bio mom was going to abort her and we offered to raise her to save the baby from being aborted. I am a step mother of two boys and can't have children of my own due to medical reasons. Bio mom did not want the baby at all till now. She ripped motherhood away from me and mentally destroyed my family and children. We want to fight hard to get our daughter back where she belongs. Any thing will help. My husband is on the birth certificate as well. And we want to fight hard to get her back home with her family. This is heart breaking to many as for ourselves. We would appreciate any help with the legal fees. We got a lawyer and paperwork is filed.  If anyone knows this won't be cheap. We need as much help and support through this hardship. We miss our daughter so much and are devasted. I don't know how any human can rip a family apart like this especially when children are involved. This is the cruelest thing a person can do to a family. Thank you so much!!!!
