Custody of Timber & Rosie

Hi, my names Amy Jo and I'm fundraising to help with the legal fees for contempt and modification for my two oldest daughters; Timber and Rosie that my ex-husband recently filed. Every dollar will help. There have been countless contempts filed within the courts by my ex-husband. Every contempt my ex-husband has filed he request I spend 30 days in jail per count I'm found guilty of this one is no different. Everytime I think things are okay and we're ahead something ends up in court. Hes currently withholding the girls til mid-august claiming "make up" time. This is considered a civil matter so the only way to handle it is through the courts. Having two smaller children and a part time income due to our current custody order its become harder and harder to keep up with legal fees and yet again after barely financially recovering from his previous contempt last fall. He has again filed contempt and filed for primary custody of Timber and Rosie. I've retained an attorney but the estimated cost is over 20k not including the already paid retainer. I'm asking for help because my girls are my world and it's been devastating to be without them over 30 days and counting. This is going to be a lengthy battle for the girls.
