Legal Fund for Mises Defamation Case

As you may know, Jennifer and I have been fighting for our good name to be restored, as a result of the Email that went out to Mises membership in 2021. While our case is progressing steadily, with a Jury Trial set for April 2023, it has not come without a significant financial burden.

We have already paid out thousands of dollars to get the case to this point. Currently, the court agrees that defamation per se has occurred, but wants to close the case on summary judgment based on technical grounds. This means we will have to appeal his opinion, which will be a significant financial cost going forward. We are confident that we will prevail on appeal, but we need your support to keep this momentum in the right direction.
