Legal Help for a Struggling Mother

I'm honestly not even sure where to start. Last February, I entered a relationship with someone. I was warned by multiple friends and family members that this person was not kind. I chose to see the best in him. He said all the right things and truly made me believe he wasn't as bad as all of these people were saying. I can't go into all the details of what has happened and been said because we do have court coming up. Needless to say, yesterday I was granted an emergency protection order. I have court to finalize it and am needing some assistance with the lawyer and attorney costs. I'm a single mama to two girls. I also have missed multiple days due to my children being sick. My newborn has a kidney disease which has caused me to miss multiple days of work. She was hospitalized recently, which caused me to miss work. My oldest has missed at least one day each week the past few weeks and even a whole week at one point. I will have to miss more work for upcoming court dates and also upcoming appointments for my youngest. I am hoping you all could find it in your hearts to help me. Attorneys are not cheap and I'm already struggling. Missing days of work also is just going to further my struggling. Thank you so much in advance.
