Legal Help Needed for Joyce Brown

My name is Marcus, and we are trying to raise some money to get my mother, Joyce Brown, a lawyer. She is a sweet 72-year-old woman that pride won't allow her to ask anybody for help. Being a Pastor, her faith in God is strong, but as her son, I'm asking for help.

On Jan 15th, 2025, Jocye responded to a call from her teenage grandson that there was a group of 10 or more kids wanting to jump him at Micthell Community Center. She, being the loving grandmother, went to the center to take him home. Upon arrival, the group of teenagers continued to make threats against her grandson and, in turn, threats against her as well. As the vehicle was surrounded, there were also threats to flip her car over made by the group of teenagers. Fearing for her life and the life of her grandson as they were clearly outnumbered, she admittedly retrieved her wepaon and shot one time at the gorund. Her intentions were not to hurt anyone. She was subsiquently arrested and charged with a number of exaggerated. offenses.
