Legal Fees to Protect My Children

In 2010, I left a marriage with uncontested sole custody of my children (something rarely granted in TX.) In 2015, their father gained unsupervised visitation back in a different state through a difficult suit that cost me every penny. In 2017, after paying off previous legal debt and managing to save up a house downpayment on a single mother's income, I have been forced to return to family court yet again, and in the midst of an unexpected job loss. All of that progress and savings has been lost and we are back in deep legal debt. The repeated toll on my finances is severe, and we are far outmatched income-wise, so the danger of being out-litigated is ever present.  

The amount of this campaign is a minimum estimate of the final cost. Your contribution will greatly offset this third (hopefully final) round of legal fees, which will help keep my babies safe and provide greater opportunities for them--particularly my son, who is Autistic and needs extra care.
