Legally Challenge WAPOL's ban on Gel Blasters

I'm Chris from the Gel Blaster Association of Australia.

In light of WAPOL's decision to ban Gel Blasters in WA in conjunction with the WA government, we are looking to legally challenge their decision in the courts, as we believe the have acted outside of their role in doing so. More worryingly they have made no attempt to work with the community and industry to get to a solution that meets their concerns and doesn't destroy businesses operating in WA.

After solidifying the Gel Blaster industry for Australia in 2017 after our landmark case against the ABF and after our successful consultation with QLD police and government in working to a mutually beneficial outcome for both the sport, whilst meeting public safety concerns, we are continuing to fight for the rights for the Gel Blaster community to remain free from government interference.
