Leighton Hospital Children's Ward Playroom

Donation protected
My name is Eve Williamson.

I am 8 years old.

I am opening this page in order to raise some money for Leighton Hospital Children's Ward playroom.I am doing this because I had bronchiolitis when I was only a few weeks old.

I was rushed to Alder Hey where I spent two weeks being cared for, some of which was in Intensive Care. As a result of my bronchiolitis I suffered from lots of chest infections in the first few years of my life and spent a lot of time on the Children’s Ward in Leighton Hospital near Crewe on machines to help me breathe.

I am going to have my (very long) hair cut and donate the hair to Little Princess Trust - a charity which provides real hair wigs to children and young people with hair loss and funding vital research into childhood cancers.

I am asking people to donate money to this page so that I can buy some much needed toys, books and equipment for the playroom on the Children's Ward at Leighton Hospital.

I have now made a full recovery as a result of the excellent care I was given and play rugby at Winnington Park Rugby Club, mountain bike, swim, do ballet and tap and run.

Please help me raise as much money as possible!
