Lemonade, Toy and Book Stall Fundraiser for Palestine
Donation protected
Hi, my name's Asha and I'm eight years old. I had this idea because I felt bad for the people in Palestine and I wanted to do something about it. So I gathered up old toys and books and we got heaps of lemons from people who supported us. Then I gathered up my friends and they also got their old toys and old books.
So we're holding a stall out the front of my house and all the money we make is going to go to families in Palestine to help them get to safety. Please come on 21st of April outside my house. It's 11am to 2pm. You can bring your own cup if you want.
If you can't visit but would like to donate you can do this here.
Hi everyone - Asha's Mum. Shelley here. I'll be supervising the kids on the day and supporting them to bank and donate the funds. All monies raised will be donated to a verified Palestinian led fundraiser, or two - depending on how much we raise. We'll share the donation receipt on here for transparency. Because it's at our house we haven't made this event public but please feel free to share this page with friends/fam. Thanks!!
EDIT - we will now be donating all funds directly to Palestine Australia Relief and Action.
'Palestine Australia Relief and Action is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission.
Founded and led by Australian Palestinians, our fundamental mission is to centre, strengthen, and amplify Palestinian voices.
