Lending a hand to help Nate and family

Hi my name is Stephanie, and this breaks my heart having to write this. You all know I am never one to ask for help with this kind of stuff but here it goes.

Our 22 year old cousin Nate is currently in ICU in Austin after suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury.

What started out as a migraine, became a blood clot, stroke and bleeding in the brain.

He has already had one surgery on his brain a few days ago and is now awaiting another surgery.

At this moment we don’t know how many more surgeries he will go through. 

Our aunt, his twin brother Niko, and family live 1 1/2 hr away.

But, Due to Covid restrictions they are having to rotate and commute each day to just be with him in the icu. 

Our aunt is also taking time off from both of her jobs which she won’t receive any pay while on leave while caring for her son. Most of all Nate will need help for a while until he gets back on his feet. 

We are asking for help and prayers for the traveling time, bills incurring, loss of work, and to make sure everyone can be there for support for Nate during this time. 

Our family doesn’t  know how long he will be in the hospital for or what his future holds for him. We just want to make sure that he has everything he needs once he is home and to not worry about anything at all. 

If you can help at all we would greatly appreciate it. Our hearts are breaking so much just seeing him like this.
