Leng Lim
Donation protected
On behalf of the Lim and Yem family, we are saddened to announce the passing of our grandfather, Leng Lim.
He is survived by his loving wife Lang On, their 7 children, their many grandchildren along with great grandchildren.
Our grandfather originated from a small village in Cambodia. He was a strong and generous man in his community, and did not shy away to open his home to anyone who needed help. He was a man of honor and served in the army in the 1970s to defend his country.
Just this past year, their eldest son, Sokol, gave our grandparents the opportunity to live in America, hoping to give them a better life. During our grandfather’s time here, he has received an abundance of love. His grandchildren had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know him, as well as his great grandchildren for the first time. He also had the chance to watch Sokol’s band perform live at Clemente Park.
Unfortunately, at the age of 88 his stay with us was unfortunately shortened. Our grandfather has lived a long and prosperous life. Although his passing has caused much grief, the memory of him will last for many generations.
Donations will go towards funeral costs.
We will keep you updated on funeral services as everything is still being sorted out. Please feel free to reach out to myself or my father, Sokol.
