Hi, my name is Chanelle Carter. I am the Third Oldest of (8). Leon Carter was one of my little brothers. To Know Leon Was To Love Him Dearly. Leon was shot and killed on November 12th inside of an apartment. With no leads right now as to Why or How this could have happened to him, We are left with no understanding. Leon was a very Active Dad to all (6 children) who he now leave behind to cherish his memories. Leon is now Reunited with his daughter(Aria Carter), his Mom (Vanessa Carter), and his Dad (Anthony). Due to the fact of this being such an Unexpected tragedy for our Family, our hearts are super Heavy at this time.
