Leo's 18th birthday

Hi, my name is Kathrina and I'm fundraising for the Children's Heartbeat Trust. Some of you may know that I lost my second born son to congenital heart disease. He was born with a condition called Pulmonary Atresia with a Ventricular Septal Defect. This meant he had to remain in hospital from birth and undergo major surgery at just a couple of weeks old. He spent most of his short life in the Clark Clinic at Royal Victoria Hospital but unfortunately he took a turn for the worst just a few days after getting home and passed away at just 33 days old. Our lives changed forever that day. On September 15th 2024 he would have been turning 18 but unfortunately we don't get to celebrate this with him. On this date, myself, two of my son's and other family members have decided to do an abseil down the Europa. The aim is to raise as much money as possible for my chosen charity so they're able to provide support and guidance for those who find themselves in the position that we were in 18 years ago.
