Hello, my name is Lerie I was diagnosed in 2021 with Triple Negative HER 2 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma stage 3 and a rare genetic gene called BRCA. Only 24-43% of people even have this gene. It makes it harder to manage the type of cancer that I have. My type of cancer diagnosis has no cure. I went through 16 rounds of chemo and at the end was told I wasn’t eligible for surgery due to other health issues, that can cause my death. So, I continued to do treatments immunotherapy and radiation. Which these where unsuccessful. In October of 2022 I was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer stage 2. March of 2023 my cancer came back and more aggressive than ever before. As I continued to fight this fight has been very hard emotionally, physically and psychologically. I've always had the ability to care for myself but in this case needed much help.My children where there for all good and bad . I still cannot fathom that the news I got Jan2024 that my cancer has invaded my body and it’s Terminal, there is nothing more the doctors can do. Was told that i have a few months to live and to just have a good quality of life. Devastating as this has been I will not stop fighting . Now on Hospice God has the final say and I will continue to fight. I love my children more than life itself. I lost my life Insurance benefits when I was diagnosed. So, It’s my wish that anyone who reads this will gracefully donate towards my final expenses and wishes, as my health is declining. So, this won’t be such a burden on my seven children. My heart hearts and I still can’t fathom that I will be leaving this earth before my children. The family would truly appreciate any donation big or small. We thank you immensely.
