Hi, my name is Sarah,

I've been asked to set up a go fund for my Mother Leslie Garcia/Cryptids Canada. She has a difficult time asking for help but has finally agreed to a go fund me when it has come to her attention that she really didn’t have enough insurance as she never expected she would ever need it. My Mother lost everything she has ever owned including the almost finished manuscript of her 2nd book. Also, all of her purchased artwork and video archives.

She has been incredibly moved by the outpouring of support she has received from her Cryptids community.

For those of you who don't know on Sunday June 4th my mom and my brother and family were woken up by fire alarms and heavy black smoke. within an hour and a half the house was destroyed.

I felt this would be a good way to offer people a secure option to make donations if they so choose. However please let it be known that the emotional support my mom has received is more valuable than any amount of money or material item.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there for her. You all are truly the best friends anyone could ask for.
