Leslie Pruitt Memorial Fund

It is with heavy hearts we share the passing of Leslie Pruitt. A wonderful wife, mother and friend to many, she touched so many lives and positively affected anyone fortunate enough to know her.  She leaves behind her husband Slade, children Helen & Justin, mother and father Ann and Phil, and brother James.

Leslie, who dedicated her life to helping others, was a bright, shining light in this world and will be deeply missed.

We are all devastated by Leslie’s sudden and unexpected passing. And so to help the family at this difficult time, we ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Leslie Priutt Memorial Fund.
