Les Scruggs Memorial Fund

Robert Lester Scruggs is a devoted husband, father, friend, and public servant. He left us on November 27, 2015 and joins his beloved sister Sharon and father Robert.
In lieu of flowers, this fund will be used to honor Les through donations to memorialize his life and legacy. His family plans to dedicate a park bench in Northside Park in Ocean City, Maryland where Les enjoyed running and spending time with his dear wife, and establish a scholarship fund at Catonsville High School, the alma mater of his two sons, to whom he was endlessly devoted.
The Scruggs family is incredibly thankful to all the family, friends, and colleagues who have supported and loved Les and have played a part in his life's amazing journey. He, and we, are forever changed and blessed by you.
