Lester and Theresa need your support

Hi everyone,
I will try and add updates as we go!
UPDATE#1
as of today Nov 23rd at 4:45 pm there is still no change in Lester, however he was taking off breathing assistance lastnight and is breathing on his own, this morning he was taken off any sedation medications so that he is able to wake up, as of right now he is not opening his eyes or waking up on his own. The pressure in his brain is still to much, so we wait and hope for the very best.
Anyone who knows Lester Jacobs and Theresa they know how these two love each other, how les is funny, quick witted and kind.
Well around 7 am Nov.21st Lester woke with the worst headache imaginable! He started to stumble and was not acting himself, fearing it was a stroke Theresa called 911 right away and Les was rushed to valley regional hospital in Kentville.
VRH did a cat scan and some other tests and found Lester had a pretty significant Brian bleed!
Les was then air lifted to Halifax QE2, along the way he crashed on the paramedics twice.upon arriving in Halifax Les was rushed into emergency surgery where he then had a small piece of his skull removed to relieve some of the pressure on his brain, he had a drainage tube placed in another incision near the front of his skull above his eye to allow blood/fluid to drain away from his brain.
After a very long 6 hours in the O.R Lester is now in ICU sedated until tomorrow when they will do another cat scan to check on things and may (depending how he is doing) begin to wake him and see what side effects he is looking at.
Worst case is obviously death, possibly waking but having very little to no brain function or mobility, ending up with speech or mobility issues to waking with very little issues ( would be a blessing) .
There is no way to know yet, But one thing that is certain, He and Theresa have a very very long few weeks possibly months ahead of them!
Theresa is staying as close as possible but will need financial help to be able to go back and fourth from home an hour away , to helping with monthly bills since Les will obviously not be working, and will need as much help as possible from Theresa!
If there's anything you can donate it will be a huge help. If you are unable to help financially there are other ways to help.. maybe offer to drive down and give Theresa company, maybe make her a meal she can heat in the family room microwave.
Just reach out and do what you can to show your support and love.
