OPS Operation Fund
Donation protected
The Lethbridge Overdose Prevention Society was founded in September 2020 as a response to the Alberta government's irresponsible decision to close Lethbridge's Supervised Consumption Site.
A group of dedicated harm reduction advocates decided that, in the absence of leadership from federal or provincial authorities, we could not sit by and watch our friends, loved ones, and neighbors overdose and die.
LOPS is asking for donations to afford core harm reduction equipment, such as naloxone, syringes, bag-valve masks, wound care kits, and other medical items. Legal representation would be funded if necessary. No funds will be used to pay staff as this is an entirely volunteer operated society.
