Let's all help Eric Otero and his family
Donation protected
If you know Eric Otero, you definitely know how friendly and caring he is with everyone.
As you may already know, he’s been in the hospital for several weeks now. As a very close friend and part of his work family, I have created this campaign so all his friends and relatives can show some love and support for him and his family during this difficult time.
He is the breadwinner and only financial support for his family. This will be very tough for them since he will not be receiving 100% of his salary while on an extended medical leave. The intention is to provide some help and alleviate some burdens so the family can focus on providing emotional support to each other and Eric while on his journey to a full recovery.
His daughter Yarah Dalmau will manage the donated funds to cover medical expenses and to take care of the household finances during his recovery such as mortgage payments and utility bills.
Thank you very much in advance for participating in this campaign, prayers and good energy thoughts are very welcomed as well. God Bless

His daughter Yarah also wanted to share some words about Eric and a summary of his medical condition:
Eric Otero contracted a blood infection that has attacked his major organs including his brain. The past couple weeks have been a roller coaster to say the least. Some good days followed by several bad days. Specifically the past couple of days -he has been very weak.
If you know my Dad, you know giving up is not part of his vocabulary. He gets much pride in providing for his family -so this time has been extra challenging.
However, he never misses the opportunity to try to crack a joke, even in his current state. Not a surprise! And the hospital staff love him - he's made friends with most of the hospital by now ;-)
His energy and positivity shines through even during the darkest of times.
We nor his doctors know what his prognosis will look like at this time. We are taking it hour by hour; day by day.
My father is a man of faith and we have put his current situation in God's hands.
I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for your thoughts, prayers, and love - you have showered upon us. We couldn't make it through this time without you.
With much love;
-Yarah Dalmau
